外来入侵种豚草对不同环境胁迫的生理响应

摘 要:

豚草(Ambrosia artemisiifolia)是一种外来入侵恶性杂草, 本文研究了在人工模拟的不同环境胁迫(低温、高温、干旱 和积水)下豚草叶片中丙二醛(MDA)和抗氧化系统的变化。结果表明: 在 4 种环境胁迫下 MDA 含量、超氧化物歧化酶和 过氧化氢酶活力都升高; 过氧化氢酶活性在高温胁迫下升高, 在其他 3 种胁迫下活性降低; 还原型谷胱甘肽含量及抗超氧 阴离子自由基活性在4种胁迫下降低。说明豚草抗逆机制多样, 对高温、高湿的适应强, 在华南及西南各省入侵潜力较大。

Physiological Response of Invasive Ragweed (Ambrosia artemisiifolia L.) to Various Environmental Stresses

Abstract:

Ragweed (Ambrosia artemisiifolia) has become a major invasive plant in China. In this paper, the content of MDA and changes of antioxidant system were studied in ragweed under various environmental stresses (including heat, cold, drought and flooding). The results showed that MDA contents, activities of superoxide dismutase and guaiacol peroxidase increased in response to all stresses, while GSH contents and anti-superoxide anion radical activities decreased. However, catalase activities increased in response to heat but decreased to cold, drought and flooding. It indicated rapidly spread of ragweed owed to the diversified resist mechanism of various environmental stresses and it could acclimatize itself to different habitats. South China and Southwest China were the next imaginable invasive areas of the plant according to the climate (high air temperature and abundant moisture).
